This is a natural, authentic honey, produced with full respect for both bees and the environment. It undergoes minimal processing to preserve its original properties. Each batch reflects its place of origin, offering a balanced, gently sweet flavour with ever-changing aromatic notes.
Versatile and easy to enjoy, it is perfect as a natural sweetener for hot drinks, yogurt and desserts, as well as paired with cheese or simply spread on bread or rusks. -
History
Apisticamente is a small agricultural producer based in the hills and mountains of the Val di Bisenzio, in the heart of the Prato area. Here, with deep respect for nature and the bees, every stage of production is carefully managed—from hive to finished product—following an authentic, artisanal approach.
Their honey and other hive products are rooted in a territory rich in biodiversity and are crafted with great care to preserve their natural qualities, without invasive processing. Alongside production, Apisticamente also promotes awareness of the world of bees, offering opportunities to discover this delicate ecosystem built on balance, attention and respect.
For us, this is also a story with a personal connection: Andrea’s father, the much-loved Mario, spent his entire working life at the Biscottificio Antonio Mattei, spanning generations—from Ernesto to Paolo, and later the Pandolfini brothers.
A genuine bond that brings together place, people and shared history—making this honey all the more meaningful. -
