• Description

  IHarvested and processed within 24 hours directly in the producer’s own local facility, this preserve is crafted to retain maximum freshness, authenticity and natural flavour. It is made without added colourings, additives or preservatives—and, above all, without pectin.
  Prepared according to traditional recipes passed down through generations, it undergoes a gentle vacuum cooking process at 70°C. This method reduces the mass while preserving the fruit’s natural sugars, maintaining its original taste and vibrant colour. A final pasteurisation step ensures the product’s quality while safeguarding the natural properties of the fruit.

• History

  The story of Dispensa Rubini began almost 80 years ago in Portile, a small village just outside Modena, where great-grandfather Gaetano gave life to a dream rooted in the land, hard work and deep respect for nature.
  
  A journey that has spanned generations—from grandfather Antonio to Giuseppe and the entire Rubini family—guardians of an agricultural knowledge built over time and passed down with care and passion.
  
  At Dispensa Rubini, every stage of production is followed directly, from cultivation to processing through to final sale, across their land in Portile, Formigine, Vignola and Modena. This work is carried out together with family members and collaborators who share the same values and a strong connection to the land.
  
  Fruit and vegetables are locally grown and processed in the artisan laboratory in Portile, preserving their freshness and enhancing their authentic flavour. All products are made without the addition of pectin, additives, preservatives or colourings, in full respect of the natural integrity of the ingredients.
  
  Dispensa Rubini believes in responsible, forward-looking agriculture. By working alongside specialised partners in land care, investing in solar energy to reduce consumption, and using zero-impact electric machinery for harvesting, they actively protect both the environment and their daily work.
