Description
Leaf tea in a 100 g
It is said that the first Camellia plant arrived in Italy, at the Royal Palace of Caserta, in 1760, as a pledge of love by Admiral Nelson to Lady Emma Hamilton, the beautiful adventurer and wife of the British ambassador to Naples. This blend of black tea from India and China with the fragrance of lichee, lemon and ginger is dedicated to her.
The blend is part of the Le Signore delle Camelie collection, dedicated to women, their charm, their strength. The link is the flower of the Camellia and its link with muses, heroines, unforgettable adventurers who have marked their era, swimming against the current.

History
The company was founded in 1961 by the resourcefulness of Alfredo Carrai, who, fascinated by the world of tea, accepted the challenge, albeit very young, to introduce the consumption and culture of this drink, then almost unknown, in Italy.
From the first SNAKE branded packs (later modified into SNAK), to the imports of tea in the packs of the countries of origin, up to the creation of the La Via del Tè brand in the 1980s, chosen as a tribute to the Japanese tradition of Chano-yu , which finds its foundation in Chado, "the way of tea".
More than fifty years later, the family business - in which each of the children leads a sector - is animated by the same passion as at the beginning. -
Ingredients
Black tea (China, India), ginger, natural flavors, lemon zest, cornflower petals.
