• Description

  The colorful eggs immediately evoke the Easter season! They feature a sugar shell, milk chocolate, and a hazelnut cream filling.
  They are made with milk chocolate and filled with different flavors: milk, pistachio, crème caramel, tiramisu, vanilla, and raspberry.
  
  Our recipes, which do not include added preservatives or hydrogenated ingredients, are regularly reviewed by our experts in order to progressively reduce the amount of vegetable fats, without compromising the taste.
  
  Contains Gluten.
  Keep cool and dry, away from smells at 12-18°C (53-65°F).
  Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production. The date is indicated on the label at the bottom.

• History

  Bodrato Cioccolato was founded in 1943 in Genoa, when Luciano Bodrato opened a small artisan workshop in the back of a café, where he began producing pralines and chocolate specialties. Among the brand’s most distinctive creations are boeri (chocolate-covered cherries in liqueur), filled pralines, and hand-decorated chocolate eggs.
  In the 1970s the business moved to Novi Ligure in Piedmont, a region historically linked to Italy’s chocolate-making tradition.
  In 2001, the company was acquired by the Bergaglio family, who continued the legacy while preserving the founder’s name and the company’s commitment to artisan production, carefully selected ingredients, and traditional techniques.

  Inside 70%: Milk chocolate praline filled with milk cream (31% of the finished product): (sugar, vegetable fats: (palm, palm kernel), in the filling, WHEY powder, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder (6.3% of the finished product), cocoa mass (minimum cocoa 29%), emulsifiers: SOYA lecithin, sunflower lecithin, flavourings).
  Outside: Sugar, rice starch, thickener: gum arabic, maltodextrin, flavourings. Colorants: E120, E133, E101, E160a, E170.
  Contains: MILK, SOY.
  May contain: TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, GLUTEN, MOUSTARD.
