  Small masterpieces created by Bodrato’s expert artisans to satisfy the most discerning palates.
  Six different colors and flavors make up our new assortment, where a thin chocolate shell encloses a soft filling made with carefully selected ingredients.
  
  Our recipes, which do not include added preservatives or hydrogenated ingredients, are regularly reviewed by our experts in order to progressively reduce the amount of vegetable fats, without compromising the taste.
  
  Gluten free product.
  Keep cool and dry, away from smells at 12-18°C (53-65°F).
  Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production. The date is indicated on the label at the bottom.

• History

  Bodrato Cioccolato was founded in 1943 in Genoa, when Luciano Bodrato opened a small artisan workshop in the back of a café, where he began producing pralines and chocolate specialties. Among the brand’s most distinctive creations are boeri (chocolate-covered cherries in liqueur), filled pralines, and hand-decorated chocolate eggs.
  In the 1970s the business moved to Novi Ligure in Piedmont, a region historically linked to Italy’s chocolate-making tradition.
  In 2001, the company was acquired by the Bergaglio family, who continued the legacy while preserving the founder’s name and the company’s commitment to artisan production, carefully selected ingredients, and traditional techniques.

  External shell: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, PISTACHIO (19,5%), Maldon salt flakes (0,5%) emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor.
  Filling: Sugar, PISTACHIO (30%), vegetable oil and fats (high oleic sunflower, cocoa butter), Maldon Salt (0.5%).
  MILK EGGS WITH COCOA CREAM (red wrapping)
  External shell: milk chocolate (cocoa: 35% min) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor).
  Filling: vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter, safflower, rice), sugar, low fat cocoa powder (6,4%), skimmed MILK powder, WHEY powder (MILK), cocoa mass (1,3%), emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor, vanillin.
  DARK EGGS WITH HAZELNUTS CREAM (purple wrapper)
  External shell: Dark chocolate (cocoa: 60% min) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor).
  Filling: sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), HAZELNUTS (13%), skimmed MILK powder, WHEY powder (MILK), cocoa mass, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor.
  MILK EGGS WIRTH VANILLA CREAM (blue wrapper)
  External shell: milk chocolate (cocoa: 35% min) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor).
  Filling: sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), skimmed MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), whole MILK powder, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, SOY lecithin) natural vanilla flavor.
  SALTED CARAMEL EGGS (orange wrapper)
  External shell: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, powdered caramel with MILK fat (skimmed MILK in powder, whey MILK powder, sugar, MILK fat, natural vanilla flavor) (10.5%), skimmed MILK powder, caramelised sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), cocoa mass, salt. Filling: caramel with salted butter (glucose-fructose syrup, sweetened condensed MILK, salted butter, sugar, water, salt)

  External shell: Dark chocolate (cocoa: 70% min) (cocoa mass, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla flavor), PGI Piedmont HAZELNUTS paste.
